Mind-Body Fit is a mat workout promoting mobility, balance and release. It blends calisthenics, somatics, yoga and pilates. 


Somatic healing is a participatory process-oriented method aimed at an in-depth personal investigation.


Bodywork is a hands on body session. It offers sport and rebalancing massage and *sacred intimacy (*for men).
