I identify with a performing artist and dance-maker who has expanded in the fields of mental and physical health, personal development and more recently sexuality.

I facilitate trainings and explorations aiming to restore and preserve physical, mental and ecological hygiene. 

Mind-Body Fit is a structural-balance and -integrity training. It blends several techniques, approaches and profundities adapted into an effective postural and movement training. 


Somatic Movement Coaching proposes an in-depth trajectory on a personal inquiry. This process-oriented method, explores one’s own unique narrative using talk, touch, breath, vocalisation and movement.
