Mind-body Fit is an energy restorative mat workout for men and women, suitable to young and mature adults in need to find a focused, pleasant and powerful workout.

A series of fascial stretches and functional exercises will enhance breath, kinesthetic awareness and movement fluency while building a flexible, strong and resilient body.

Central to the training is the shift of awareness from mind to body, becoming sensory alive and conscious. ‘Being’ the experience, not a concept.

You work at your own level and get from the lesson what you need. 

Sometimes we work in pairs. It offers mutual support and insight. Or in circle meditation.

The class combines elements of Pilates, dance-conditioning, yoga, Somatics and meditation.
